Ingredients
- 4 Sub rolls (6 inch) split lengthwise
- 1.5 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 2 tsp Cornstarch dissolved in an equal amount of water
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 cup Provolone cheese shredded
- 4 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickles sliced into rounds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Warm the rolls, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Bring the broth, kitchen bouqet, and poultry seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat to a simmer until the flavor concentrates. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture to give the liquid some body. Add in the turkey and warm for 3 - 5 minutes. Arrange the meat on the rolls and top each roll with provolone. Reserve the liquid.
- Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven until the cheese melts. Serve the sandwiches with small bowls of the warm broth for dipping.
- Serve with chips and pickle.
