Ingredients

  • 4 Sub rolls (6 inch) split lengthwise
  • 1.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch dissolved in an equal amount of water
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 cup Provolone cheese shredded
  • 4 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickles sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Warm the rolls, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Bring the broth, kitchen bouqet, and poultry seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat to a simmer until the flavor concentrates. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture to give the liquid some body. Add in the turkey and warm for 3 - 5 minutes. Arrange the meat on the rolls and top each roll with provolone. Reserve the liquid.
  • Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven until the cheese melts. Serve the sandwiches with small bowls of the warm broth for dipping.
  • Serve with chips and pickle.
