Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 3 Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 cups Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1/2 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • In a nonstick pan on medium low heat cook the bacon on both sides until it is crisp. (Reserve the bacon grease for future cooking if desired).
  • Lightly toast the bread then spread the mayo on each slice. Layer with lettuce, tomato, bacon, turkey, and avocado. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
