Ingredients

  • 6 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage Links
  • 1 Pita bread cut into wedges
  • 4 tbsp Hummus
  • 4 pieces Dolmas
  • 1/2 cup Assorted olives pitted
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Tabouleh

  • 2 tbsp Bulgur wheat
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Cook the sausage on a baking sheet to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer until nicely browned and crisp on the outside. Then set aside. Slice before serving.
  • For the tabouleh: Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, mix with parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to tatse.
  • Toast the pita in the oven until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve the hummus with pita, sausage, tabouleh, dolmas, and olives. Drizzle with olive oil.
