Ingredients
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 4 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see recipe in Deli meats tab
- 1/4 cup Red onion shaved or sliced thin
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 1 cup Carrots cut into 3 inch sticks
- 4 TBSP Ranch dressing
Aioli
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Iced Tea
- 16 oz Iced tea
Instructions
- For the aioli: whisk all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread on all slices of bread.
- Layer with spinach, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, onion, avocado then bread.
- Cut in half. Serve with carrots with ranch and iced tea.
