Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see recipe in Deli meats tab
  • 1/4 cup Red onion shaved or sliced thin
  • 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots cut into 3 inch sticks
  • 4 TBSP Ranch dressing

Aioli

  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Iced Tea

  • 16 oz Iced tea

Instructions

  • For the aioli: whisk all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread on all slices of bread.
  • Layer with spinach, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, onion, avocado then bread.
  • Cut in half. Serve with carrots with ranch and iced tea.
