Cook the bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon on both sides until crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Toast the bread: While the bacon is cooking, lightly toast the bread slices to your preference.
Prepare the spread: Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Assemble the sandwich: Layer the bread with lettuce, tomato slices and season with salt and black pepper, deli turkey breast, avocado, and crispy bacon. Place the second slice of bread on top. Cut in half.
Prepare the drink: In a pitcher or glass, mix the chilled pineapple juice and orange juice with sparkling water. Stir gently and serve immediately.
