Ingredients
Wrap
- 10 oz Tuna fish (drained) chunk white tuna or your preference
- 2 TBSP Celery minced
- 2 TBSP Red onion minced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 TBSP Mayonnaise more as needed
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 Tortilla wraps
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce cut to fit the wrap
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips Ruffles
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 1.5 cups Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 20 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
- In a small mixing bowl, break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with celery, red onion, lemon juice, and mayonnaise as needed until the tuna is to your desired creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Assemble the wrap: Layer the wrap with lettuce, tomato, and tuna salad. Fold in the ends then roll up tight and cut in half.
- Mix together the ingredients for the lemonade.
- Serve: Enjoy the wrap with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
