Tuna Wrap

Ingredients

Wrap

  • 10 oz Tuna fish (drained) chunk white tuna or your preference
  • 2 TBSP Celery minced
  • 2 TBSP Red onion minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise more as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce cut to fit the wrap
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips Ruffles
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1.5 cups Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 20 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
  • In a small mixing bowl, break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with celery, red onion, lemon juice, and mayonnaise as needed until the tuna is to your desired creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  • Assemble the wrap: Layer the wrap with lettuce, tomato, and tuna salad. Fold in the ends then roll up tight and cut in half.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the lemonade.
  • Serve: Enjoy the wrap with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
