Ingredients
Sandwich
- 8 oz Tuna fish drained (albacore / chunk white tuna or your preference)
 - 2 TBSP Celery minced
 - 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
 - 3 TBSP Mayonnaise as needed
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 - 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
 - 1 cup Green leaf lettuce cut to fit the bread
 - 2 TBSP Red onion sliced thin
 - 4 slices Tomato
 - 2 oz Potato chips
 - 2 Pickle spears
 
Sparkling Water
- 16 oz Sparkling water cold
 
Instructions
- Prep vegetables per instruction above.
 - Add the tuna to a small mixing bowl, and break up with a fork. Toss with celery, vinegar, and mayonnaise, as needed until the tuna, is to your desired creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
 - Lightly toast the bread. Top with lettuce, tuna salad, onion, and tomatoes.
 - Serve: Cut in half and enjoy with chips and pickle spears. Enjoy with sparkling water.
