Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 8 oz Tuna fish drained (albacore / chunk white tuna or your preference)
  • 2 TBSP Celery minced
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1 cup Green leaf lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 2 TBSP Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling Water

  • 16 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep vegetables per instruction above.
  • Add the tuna to a small mixing bowl, and break up with a fork. Toss with celery, vinegar, and mayonnaise, as needed until the tuna, is to your desired creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  • Lightly toast the bread. Top with lettuce, tuna salad, onion, and tomatoes.
  • Serve: Cut in half and enjoy with chips and pickle spears. Enjoy with sparkling water.
