Bagel with Cream Cheese
- 2 Your choice of Bagel sliced
- 4 TBSP Cream cheese
Smoothie
- 2 cups Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
- 2 tsp Lime juice
Instructions
- Toast the bagel slices until golden brown.
- Spread half of the cream cheese evenly onto each toasted bagel half.
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
- Pour the strawberry daiquiri smoothie into a glass.
- Serve the bagel with cream cheese alongside the strawberry daiquiri smoothie.
