Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie

Bagel with Cream Cheese
- 2 Your choice of Bagel sliced
- 4 TBSP Cream cheese
Smoothie
- 2 cups Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
- 2 tsp Lime juice
Toast the bagel slices until golden brown.
Spread half of the cream cheese evenly onto each toasted bagel half.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
Pour the strawberry daiquiri smoothie into a glass.
Serve the bagel with cream cheese alongside the strawberry daiquiri smoothie.
