Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie

Ingredients

Bagel with Cream Cheese

  • 2 Your choice of Bagel sliced
  • 4 TBSP Cream cheese

Smoothie

  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp Lime juice

Instructions

  • Toast the bagel slices until golden brown.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese evenly onto each toasted bagel half.
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
  • Pour the strawberry daiquiri smoothie into a glass.
  • Serve the bagel with cream cheese alongside the strawberry daiquiri smoothie.
