Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 cups Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
- 2 tsp Lime juice
Bagel
- 1 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
- 3 TBSP Garlic chive cream cheese
Instructions
- Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for volume or consistency. Add more lime juice if needed for a hint of lime.
- Toast the bagel then spread both halves with cream cheese.
- Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
