Ingredients

Bagel with Cream Cheese:

  • 2 Your choice of bagel (your choice of flavor)
  • 4 TBSP Cream cheese

Spicy Heavy Cream Eggs:

  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 TBSP Salsa macha + more for topping
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Fresh chives chopped for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Orange Juice:

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Instructions

  • Preheat a pan for 2 min on high. Add in heavy cream and salsa macha. Lower heat to medium and simmer for 1 min.
  • Add in eggs and cover. Cook like this for 2-3 min until the whites set.
  • While the eggs are cooking, slice your bagel in half and toast to your desired level of crispiness.
  • Remove the eggs from the heat and place them on a serving plate. Top with chives, salt, and salsa macha.
  • Spread cream cheese on your bagel halves, pour the orange juice in a glass, and serve the cream cheese bagel and a glass of orange juice alongside the spicy heavy cream eggs.
