Preheat a pan for 2 min on high. Add in heavy cream and salsa macha. Lower heat to medium and simmer for 1 min.
Add in eggs and cover. Cook like this for 2-3 min until the whites set.
While the eggs are cooking, slice your bagel in half and toast to your desired level of crispiness.
Remove the eggs from the heat and place them on a serving plate. Top with chives, salt, and salsa macha.
Spread cream cheese on your bagel halves, pour the orange juice in a glass, and serve the cream cheese bagel and a glass of orange juice alongside the spicy heavy cream eggs.
