Ingredients
Sloppy Joe
- 8 oz Ground beef
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 4 TBSP Water
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 Soft rolls lightly toasted
- 3 TBSP Red onion diced
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Lemonade
- 24 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
- Make sloppy Joe: In a nonstick pan over medium heat, cook the beef until no longer pink and drain the grease. Stir in the ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer until the sauce is well combined and thickened.
- Lightly toast the roll.
- Assemble: Spoon the sloppy joe onto the bread. Top with red onion.
- Serve: Enjoy the sloppy joe with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
