Ingredients
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger grated
- 2 cups Bok choy cut into bite sized pieces
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the bok choy to the pan cover with a lid and sauté, stirring occasionally, until the greens are wilted and the stalks are tender but still a little crisp.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
