Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 1 lb Ground Italian Turkey Sausage chopped
- 3 cups Russet potatoes peeled and diced
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place a layer of sliced potatoes down, sprinkle some of the cheese, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and repeat the layering process. Top with cheese and butter.
- Pour the heavy cream over top. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove the foil, top with breadcrumbs and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
