Sausage Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 lb Ground Italian Turkey Sausage chopped
  • 3 cups Russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place a layer of sliced potatoes down, sprinkle some of the cheese, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and repeat the layering process. Top with cheese and butter.
  • Pour the heavy cream over top. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  • Remove the foil, top with breadcrumbs and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
