Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Tomato diced
- 1/4 cup Crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 Jalapeño pepper optional
- 2 tbsp Red onion minced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Using a food processor or blender, place all the ingredients (except the tortilla chips) in and pulse until the salsa is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
