Ingredients
- 3 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1.5 cup Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Salami sliced thin
- 2 TBSP Banana peppers sliced into rings
- 4 slices Sharp white cheddar
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Beverage
- 24 oz Sparkling water chilled or served with ice
Instructions
- Prep ingredients per instruction above.
- Spread the mustard on the inside of each slice of bread. Layer with spring mix, tomato, salami, banana peppers, and cheese.
- Serve: Cut sandwich in half. Enjoy with chips, pickles, and sparkling water.
