Ingredients

  • 3 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1.5 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 2 TBSP Banana peppers sliced into rings
  • 4 slices Sharp white cheddar
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Beverage

  • 24 oz Sparkling water chilled or served with ice

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per instruction above.
  • Spread the mustard on the inside of each slice of bread. Layer with spring mix, tomato, salami, banana peppers, and cheese.
  • Serve: Cut sandwich in half. Enjoy with chips, pickles, and sparkling water.
