Ingredients
- 2 cups Baby carrots
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil

- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
- Place the carrots on the baking sheet. Toss with oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Arrange them in a single layer. Roast the carrots for about 20 minutes until tender, or more if needed.
- Taste and season with salt if needed before serving.
