Roasted Cumin Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Baby carrots
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
  • Place the carrots on the baking sheet. Toss with oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Arrange them in a single layer. Roast the carrots for about 20 minutes until tender, or more if needed.
  • Taste and season with salt if needed before serving.
