Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 French baguette cut in half (lightly toasted)
  • 2 cups Iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Red onion shaved
  • 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese halved
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, horseradish, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the horseradish aioli on each half of the baguette (use more if desired). Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, roast beef, onion, banana peppers, and cheese.
  • Cut into 6 inch portions and serve with pickle and chips.
