Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Horseradish
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 French baguette cut in half (lightly toasted)
- 2 cups Iceberg lettuce shredded
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 1/2 cup Red onion shaved
- 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
- 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese halved
- 4 Pickle spears
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, horseradish, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the horseradish aioli on each half of the baguette (use more if desired). Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, roast beef, onion, banana peppers, and cheese.
- Cut into 6 inch portions and serve with pickle and chips.
