Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cups Red cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup Carrots shredded

Instructions

  • Whisk together the vinegar, water and sugar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves. Mix in the cabbage and carrot. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 15-20 minutes. Drain the liquid, season with salt to taste and serve.
