Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Red onion sliced thin
- 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 cups Arugula lightly rinsed if sandy and dried
- 2 tsp Gold raisins
- 1/2 tbsp Pine nuts
- 2 tsp Creamy Italian dressing
Instructions
- Submerge the onion in the vinegar. Let sit, drain well right before serving.
- Place a bed of arugula on a plate with raisins, pine nuts, and onion on top and dress the salad right before serving.
