Peach Smoothie
- 4 Peaches fresh or frozen
- 2 Banana
- ½ cup Your choice of milk
- 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Ice cubes optional
- Pinch Cinnamon optional
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients (if using frozen peaches dont use ice cubes)
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 - 2 minutes.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Once the desired consistency and sweetness are achieved, pour the smoothie into glasses.
- Garnish with a peach slice or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
