Ingredients

Peach Smoothie

  • 4 Peaches fresh or frozen
  • 2 Banana
  • ½ cup Your choice of milk
  • 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Ice cubes optional
  • Pinch Cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients (if using frozen peaches dont use ice cubes)
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Once the desired consistency and sweetness are achieved, pour the smoothie into glasses.
  • Garnish with a peach slice or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
