Ingredients
- 2 slices Sourdough bread toasted and cut in half (or bread of your choice)
- 8 oz Ground beef
- 1 tsp Steak seasoning Montreal steak seasoning or equivalent
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese or your choice of cheese
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil if making the eggs
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1 cup Grapes
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Toast the bread and cut in half.
- Mix together the ground beef, steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper, and form into patties.
- Heat a skillet or sauté pan over medium heat. Cook burgers to desired doneness (see below) using a thermometer. When the burger is 3/4 of the way cooked to your liking add the cheese to the top to melt.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Crack the eggs in the pan and cook until the whites of the egg becomes firm, then flip over and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Place the burger on the bun with lettuce, tomato, and top with the egg. Serve with grapes.

Steak Internal Temperatures:
- Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
- Well Done: 160 degrees F
