Equipment

  • 8 inch round cake pan

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 5 Eggs beaten
  • 1.5 cups Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Evaporated milk
  • 6 tsp Caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the condensed milk, vanilla, and evaporated milk. Stir well.
  • Grease a round cake pan (or whatever baking dish you use) well with non-stick spray. Pour in the egg mixture.
  • Bake for about 35-40 minutes. (To check if it is ready, insert a knife into the center, if it comes out clean it is done.)
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, cut into portions, spread caramel over top and serve.
