Ingredients
Grilled Corn
- 2 ears Corn on the cob shucked
- 2 tsp Butter
Lobster Salad
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 stalk Celery finely diced
- 2 TBSP Lemon juice
- 2 TBSP Fresh chives finely chopped plus more for serving
- Salt
- 12 oz Lobster meat
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 Avocado sliced for serving
- 2 wedges Lemon
Kombucha
- 24 oz Kombucha cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Preheat a grill on medium heat. Grill the corn on all sides until nicely charred and tender. Once tender, lather with butter and lightly season with salt.
- In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt. Fold in chopped lobster meat.
- Lay lettuce on a serving platter, then top with lobster salad. Garnish with avocado, more chives, and a squeeze of lemon.
- Serve the salad with corn and kombucha.
