Ingredients
Cucumber Water
- 24 oz Water cold
- 1 Cucumber sliced
Lobster Roll
- ¼ cup Celery minced
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tsp Scallions minced
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp Hot sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Lobster meat purchase pre-cooked
- 2 TBSP Butter melted for brushing
- 4 Hot dog buns top split buns
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Mix the water and cucumber. Refrigerate until service.
- Prep the vegetables and herbs per the instructions above. Transfer to a large bowl and add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add to the cooked lobster meat and mix.
- Melt the butter.
- Set a pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the rolls with butter. Toast each side in the pan until nicely golden brown.
- Divide the lobster salad between each roll.
- Serve: Enjoy rolls with chips, pickle, and cucumber water.
