Ingredients
Bolognese
- 2 servings Leftover Pasta Bolognese
- 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese shaved
Garlic bread
- 2 slices Crusty bread about 3 inches each
- 1/2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder or more if needed
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
Side Salad
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 6 slices Cucumber
- 1 TBSP Red onion shaved
- 2 TBSP Carrots peeled and shaved
- 2 tsp Creamy Italian dressing
Lemonade
- 16 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- Reheat the bolognese in the microwave or in a pot over medium low heat until hot.
- Make the garlic bread: Drizzle the bread with oil. Evenly sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and set under the broiler until golden brown. While broiling, make the salad.
- Prep salad ingredients per instruction above. Lay down a bed of romaine, top with cucumbers, onion, and shaved carrot. Dress the salad with dressing.
- Serve: Garnish the bolognese with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy with salad, garlic bread, and lemonade.
