Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 1/3 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Jalapeño pepper sliced thin (optional)
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 1 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
- 2 tbsp Triple berry jam
Instructions
- Heat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Layer the cheese, onion, and jalapeno on the bread.
- Cook the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese has melted. (Alternatively cook in a nonstick pan on medium heat, greased with nonstick spray as needed).
- Serve with chips and pickle. Serve with jam on the side.
