Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese halved
  • 1 oz Prosciutto sliced thin
  • 1 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 1 oz Soppressata
  • 1 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Whisk the oil, vinegar, dijon, and half of the oregano in a bowl. Then drizzle on both halves of the roll.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, oregano, cheese, prosciutto, salami, soppressata. Cut in half and serve with chips and a pickle.
