Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 slices Provolone cheese halved
- 1 oz Prosciutto sliced thin
- 1 oz Salami sliced thin
- 1 oz Soppressata
- 1 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Whisk the oil, vinegar, dijon, and half of the oregano in a bowl. Then drizzle on both halves of the roll.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, oregano, cheese, prosciutto, salami, soppressata. Cut in half and serve with chips and a pickle.
