Ingredients
Sub
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 TBSP Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 2 oz Capicola sliced thin
- 3 oz Salami sliced thin
- 3 oz Soppressata
- 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
- 4 slices Provolone cheese halved
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Whisk the oil, vinegar, dijon, and half of the oregano in a bowl. Then drizzle inside both halves of the roll. Spread the mayo inside both halves also.
- Layer with lettuce, capicola, salami, soppressata, onion, cheese, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Enjoy the sub with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
