Ingredients
Hoagie
- 3 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 TBSP Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Sub rolls sliced 3/4 of the way through
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 3 oz Salami sliced thin
- 3 oz Deli ham
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Whisk the oil, vinegar, and oregano in a bowl. Drizzle half on the inside of the roll.
- Layer with provolone, ham, salami, lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, onion, and the remaining oil and vinegar. Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
