Ingredients

Hoagie

  • 3 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Sub rolls sliced 3/4 of the way through
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 3 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 3 oz Deli ham
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Whisk the oil, vinegar, and oregano in a bowl. Drizzle half on the inside of the roll.
  • Layer with provolone, ham, salami, lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, onion, and the remaining oil and vinegar. Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
