Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Acorn Squash peeled and diced into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Toss the squash with honey and season with salt and pepper. Then place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until the squash is tender and lightly browned for about 20 minutes. Serve.
