Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 3 tsp Honey
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Brie cheese
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey and spread on both halves of the bread.
- Layer with spinach, ham, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
