Ham Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 3 tsp Honey
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Brie cheese
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey and spread on both halves of the bread.
  • Layer with spinach, ham, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
