Ham Brie Sandwich

- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 3 tsp Honey
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Brie cheese
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips
In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey and spread on both halves of the bread.
Layer with spinach, ham, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
