Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 8 slices Beefsteak Tomatoes substitute regular tomato
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 4 slices Asiago cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo on one slice of bread and mustard on the other.
  • Layer the sandwich with spinach, tomato, ham, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
