Croissant
- 2 Croissants sandwich size (lightly toasted)
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard or more if needed
- 2 TBSP Mayonaisse
- 1 cup Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Brie cheese decently sized slices to cover the sandwich
- 1 Apple sliced
White Grape Juice
- 24 oz White Grape Juice
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Lightly toast the croissant.
- Spread the mustard and mayo inside each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with sliced apple and white grape juice.
