Ham and Brie Croissant

Ingredients

Croissant

  • 2 Croissants sandwich size (lightly toasted)
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard or more if needed
  • 2 TBSP Mayonaisse
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 4 slices Brie cheese decently sized slices to cover the sandwich
  • 1 Apple sliced

White Grape Juice

  • 24 oz White Grape Juice

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Lightly toast the croissant.
  • Spread the mustard and mayo inside each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with sliced apple and white grape juice.
