Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 slices Asiago cheese halved
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 2 Pickle spears
- 1 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Layer the bread with cheese, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, spinach and cheese on top.
- Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. (Alternatively use a nonstick pan greased with nonstick spray cook the sandwich on both sides to golden brown covered with a lid to melt the cheese)
- Cut the sandwich in half, serve with pickles and chips.
