Ingredients
Sweet Matcha:
- 2 tsp Matcha powder
 - 1 cup Hot water
 - 2 TBSP Honey or sweetener of choice
 - 1/4 cup Milk (optional for a creamier matcha)
 
Frozen Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl:
- 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
 - 1 cup Pumpkin puree
 - 2 Bananas sliced and frozen
 - 2 Pitted dates
 - 4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
 - 2 TBSP Ground flaxseed
 - Ice cubes
 
Toppings:
- 2 TBSP Granola
 - 2 TBSP Pumpkin seeds
 - ½ Banana sliced
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until the matcha is fully dissolved. Add honey (or sweetener of choice) to the matcha and whisk until well combined. If you prefer a creamier matcha, add hot milk and mix until smooth. Pour into a mug.
 - Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender; blend on high until smooth.
 - Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with your desired toppings. Immediately enjoy your refreshing frozen pumpkin smoothie bowl with a delightful sweet matcha.
