Ingredients

For the Roast Beef Sandwich:

  • 4 Slices Whole grain bread
  • 4 TBSP Horseradish sauce
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef (sliced thin)
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 Tomato thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Red onion thinly sliced
  • Banana peppers (to taste)
  • 6 slices Cucumber
  • 2 oz BBQ potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per instructions above.
  • Toast the Bread.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Lay out slices of the whole grain bread. Spread horseradish sauce on one side of wach slice. Layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, banana peppers, roast beef, and cheese. Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of whole grain bread.
  • Mix together the sparkling water and lemon slices.
  • Slice each sandwich in half if desired; serve with chips, pickle and lemon sparkling water.
