Ingredients

Tuna Sandwich

  • 10 oz Tuna fish drained (albacore / chunk white tuna / or your preference)
  • 2 TBSP Celery minced
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise more as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1 cup Butter lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 2 TBSP Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 ½ cups Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 20 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
  • In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with celery, lemon juice, and mayonnaise as needed until the tuna is to your desired creaminess. Season with pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  • Lightly toast the bread in a toaster oven.
  • Assemble sandwich: Top toasted bread with lettuce, Tuna Salad, onion, and tomatoes.
  • Make the lemonade: Mix all ingredients for the lemonade.
  • Serve: Enjoy the sandwich with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
