Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 pound Flank steak
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 cup Fresh parsley whole leaves stems discarded
- 4 tbsp Sun dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Chicken broth
- 4 slices Crusty bread
Instructions
- Mix the lime juice and soy sauce in a large bowl and place the flank steak inside, coat well season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, add the garlic, parsley, sun dried tomatoes, lemon juice, and broth. Pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a grill or cast iron skillet on the stovetop on medium heat and cook the flank steak to the desired doneness using a thermometer (see below).
- Allow flank to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice thin against the grain. Serve the sauce over top. Season with salt and pepper to your desired taste. Serve with crusty bread.

- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
