Ingredients

Orange Juice

  • 10 - 12 Oranges refrigerated so they're cold. About 5 to 6 oranges yield an 8oz glass of OJ.

English

  • 4 Breakfast sausage links
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 Tomato halved
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 1 can Baked beans
  • 2 slices Your choice of bread
  • 4 TBSP Butter
  • 4 large Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C.
  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Juice the oranges manually or using a juicer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Place the sausages on a baking sheet and cook in the oven until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Lay the bacon in a skillet over medium heat and cook on both sides until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside on paper towels.
  • In the same pan, add the halved tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Cook until they are tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
  • While the beans are heating, toast the bread.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and crack the eggs into the pan. Fry the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once all the components are cooked, assemble the breakfast plates: Serve the eggs with toast, bacon, sausage, baked beans, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Enjoy with orange juice.
