Ingredients
Lobster Roll
- 1/4 cup Celery minced
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tsp Scallions minced
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Hot sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Lobster meat purchase pre-cooked
- 2 TBSP Butter melted for brushing
- 4 Hot dog buns top split buns
- 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce shredded (optional)
- 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sweet Tea
- 24 oz Iced tea cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Place the celery, parsley, scallions, and dill in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add to the cooked lobster meat and mix.
- Melt the butter.
- Set a pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the rolls with butter. Toast each side in the pan until nicely golden brown.
- Divide the lobster salad between each roll. Serve lettuce under the lobster salad if using.
- Serve: Enjoy rolls with chips, pickle, and iced tea.
