Ingredients

Home Fries

  • 2 cups Potatoes washed and diced into small cubes
  • 2 TBSP Canola oil
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Sausage

  • 4 Breakfast sausage links (pork, turkey, or your choice)

Eggs

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 4 Eggs

Toast and Jam

  • 2 slices Your choice of bread
  • Butter (optional)
  • Your choice of jam

Pears

  • 2 Pears sliced

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Instructions

Home Fries

  • Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes, leaving the skin on for extra flavor and texture.
  • In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder (if using). Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Keep warm.

Sausage

  • In a separate skillet, cook the breakfast sausage links according to package instructions until they are browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Keep warm.

Eggs

  • Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites of the egg is firm.

For Toast and Jam:

  • Toast the bread slices in a toaster until they are golden brown. Spread with butter (optional) and jam.

Pears

  • Slice the pears and arrange them on the serving plates.

Coffee

  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the eggs with home fries, sausage, eggs, toast with jam, sliced pears, and coffee. Enjoy!
